Integrating solar PV above Mediterranean vineyards improved photovoltaic performance by reducing module temperatures and increasing rear-side irradiance for greater bifacial energy potential. At the same time, grape yield and sugar levels were maintained while berry acidity improved, supporting both renewable energy generation and climate-resilient viticulture.
